Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and GaoTianShu, a natural person, operator of Peloo, for the sticky-note canvas, text / voice / photo / video capture, AI analysis and commentary, and automatic classification services. By registering or continuing to use the service, you agree to them.

1. The service

Create sticky notes on a canvas with text, voice, photos, and video.
Keep stickers, reminders, and a separate memory context in each canvas.
Use AI for transcription, image text recognition, analysis, commentary, classification, and Inspiration.

2. Accounts and security

Provide verifiable sign-in information and protect your account. Do not sell, transfer, impersonate, or automate abuse of an account. Tell us promptly about unauthorized use.

3. Your content and conduct

You retain rights in your content and grant us only the permission needed to provide, maintain, and improve the service. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, harmful, or harassing content, or interfere with, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service.

4. AI features

AI may transcribe speech, recognize text in photos at upload, analyze and comment on sticky notes, classify them automatically, offer one Inspiration when you tap it, generate Inspiration for a canvas in the background, and create short asides. Analysis and commentary use text context on the canvas; they do not look at the photo again. It can be wrong and is not medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Check important notes, dates, and reminders. Processors and the scope of what is sent are listed in the privacy policy.

5. Peloo Plus subscription

Free remains usable for core capture: one canvas, and 10 AI sticker analyses and 3 Inspiration turns each day. Saving sticky notes is unlimited, and voice capture and reminders are not locked behind Plus.
Plus provides unlimited canvases, a longer AI context for each canvas, 50 AI sticker analyses and 15 Inspiration turns each day, and skins and illustrations marked Plus, as an ongoing cloud service.
Plus can currently be purchased only in the iOS app through the Apple App Store. Monthly or annual price, currency, taxes, free-trial eligibility, and the amount charged are shown before you confirm.
Unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, the subscription renews for the selected period. Manage or cancel it in your Apple account's subscription settings.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Apple handles refunds under its rules and applicable law.

6. Account deletion and subscriptions

Delete your account in My profile or through the public deletion page. Deleting the account does not cancel an Apple subscription; cancel it in your Apple account's subscription settings. Associated data is deleted or de-identified except where retention is legally required.

7. Changes and termination

We may update, suspend, or end parts of the service and will give legally required notice of materially adverse changes. Violating these terms may result in account restriction or termination.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as available. To the extent allowed by law, we do not promise uninterrupted service or error-free AI and are not liable beyond applicable law for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. We will first try to resolve disputes informally; otherwise they may be submitted to a competent court where the operator is located. Mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence remain unaffected.
